Option II - "Traditional Contingency Plan"
1.) Exclusive Right To Sell Listing
2.) No upfront listing fee.
3.) 3.0% listing commission paid at closing.
4.) 3.0% selling commission paid at closing
5.) Full commissions are owed regardless of who finds the buyer.
6.) 6 month minimum listing contract.
7.) This option includes all the services listed in Option I.
Option 1 listed above is only for residential properties with less than 10 acres. Larger farms and commercial properties are evaluated on a case by case basis.
